Artist's Statement

I feel that my work conveys the way I feel about nature in general. Being an avid fisherman, outdoorsman and hunting enthusiast I feel very comfortable with nature. I spend many hours in the woodlands of Ontario, exploring, learning and taking in the atmosphere of it all.

In the spring I hand pick thousands of specimens from various trees, which I use to make wonderful One-of-a-Kind pieces of art.. I strive to produce a quality product which people can feel proud to display in their homes or offices.

To visitors and Canadians alike my art works are truly small pieces of Canada themselves, which they can take home or give as gifts. In a time where " Canadian" souvenirs are generally made offshore. Quality, handmade Canadian gifts are sometimes difficult to find, I feel I fill a gap with a product which I can proudly say is Made in Canada!
