The Canadian Heritage Leaves Masterpiece series of branches were designed with the corporate world in mind.

Foyers and lobbies of commercial buildings were created for a purpose. Their purpose was to welcome guests as they come in the door, giving them the first impressions of the company.

A weak first impression of a company could mean one has lost "the edge".

On the other hand a Strong first impression means you have captured that person's attention and quite possibly a little bit of respect!
